New Ad Click :: Terms and Conditions

AGE Limit

You agree that you are the age of 18 or older.

Tip, Game & Contest Winnings

You agree to receive any earned Tips through payment option on site ONLY.

All Tips for contests are subject to review and may be subsequently paid up to 31 days after request and review of referrals are complete. A minimum amount is needed to request a cash out. Each member and their referrals must remain active members of the site to be paid Tips.

Being active refers to actively reading all ads as well as posting free and/or paid ads on the site and/or also may pertain to referring other active free or upgraded members to New Ad Click.

You Should Know

This web site New Ad Click is strictly an advertising site. Members use our ad exchange to promote their websites to other members in our membership. We have a number of different advertising channels to show their ads.

Tips are paid only to members who directly refer other members who might purchase an upgrade to receive additional advertising packages. We have a 1‑tier affiliate program — there is no 2nd‑tier affiliate program or MLM structure involved with our site at all. We are not a matrix or MLM — just an advertising ad exchange.

Number of Accounts

You agree to only create 1 account. Duplicate accounts and paid sign‑ups are strictly prohibited. You also agree to provide valid first and last name details on your account and may be asked for verification including proof of purchase from your payment account.

Accounts with identical first/last names or suspicious names will be terminated immediately. Examples: first name: John, last name: John; or obviously fake names. You cannot create any account using USER ID or PASSWORD containing "Admin", "Administrator", or any variation. Your account will be terminated for doing so.

All accounts MUST be created using a gmail.com or googlemail.com address. Use of any other provider may result in suspension or deletion.

Suspicious Referrals & Inactive Members

We reserve the right to delete any member or referral deemed suspicious or fake without warning.

WE ARE NOT a PTC, PTR, or PTP site. DO NOT promote us as such.

We also reserve the right to delete any member inactive for 14 days or longer — defined as no login, no ad viewing, and no ad setup. If deleted, you lose ALL earnings, referrals, advertising, and credits without refund.

Avoid being deleted: If you will be away for 14+ days, log in → Edit Details → enable Vacation Mode.

Emails

By joining New Ad Click, you agree to receive emails from us. Please add our admin address to your address book and mark emails from https://nms.tn as NOT SPAM. This ensures you receive Solo Ads, updates, Tips info, and other announcements.

You may also receive referral mailer emails. Your sponsor will never see your email address.

New Ad Click may send up to 24 Solo Ads per day. You earn credits when you read them.

• No malware, porn, gambling, warez, or inappropriate content — account deleted without refund.
• No promotion of illegal activity. All ads must comply with applicable laws.
• No racist or hateful content.
• Links must point to HTML web pages only — no e‑books, downloads, zip/archive files, media files.

Inaccurate Advertisements & Promotions

We are not responsible for inaccuracies in member‑posted ads. This includes ads for New Ad Click and third‑party sites posted by members.

Falsely misrepresenting our site results in immediate account termination — all Tips, credits, ads, and referrals are permanently lost.

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails

Bounced emails or autoresponders (including Boxbe, SpamAssassin, Google Autopilot) risk account deletion. If removed, reinstatement requires payment transaction ID verification. All referrals, credits, and Tips may be lost.

AutoSubmitters & TextAdSubmitters

You agree not to post your user ID on any auto‑submitter site or use such tools to post ads on New Ad Click. Please use other text ad exchanges instead.

Promo Codes

Your free starter ad package is added after email verification. Redeem any promo code immediately — they are limited and may expire. NO replacements are given for expired or missed codes.

Member‑area exclusive promo codes are for members only. Sharing them as a non‑member incentive is strictly prohibited and results in termination.

Liability

New Ad Click is a promotional marketing tool. We make no promises, written or implied, regarding specific earnings or income.

Ensure your payment email address is correct — payments sent to wrong addresses are your responsibility. Account lockouts or restrictions are your responsibility. We are not liable.

All policies are at the sole discretion of New Ad Click. We may modify terms without prior notice. Review periodically. By using the site, you agree not to hold us liable.

SPAM — Zero Tolerance

We have ZERO tolerance for spam. Violators face account deletion and potential civil/criminal prosecution including fines up to $50,000.

You may include our name/URL only in emails to your own double‑opt‑in subscribers. Safelists and downline mailers are permitted.

• Sending unsolicited emails to anyone outside your own verified list
